   1. Who survived Arrow’s explosive finale? We know at least one member of the Emerald Archer’s team made it out relatively unscathed, since Dinah Drake (Juliana Harkavy) will officially suit up as Black Canary in season 6 — and EW has the exclusive first look. EW turned to executive producer Wendy Mericle to get the scoop. Mericle said about Dinah suiting up, “We have an intervening five months between the finale and where we pick up in the premiere and I think we will take the opportunity to tell the full story of it. But I think yes, the island and everything that happened in the finale has driven her to this point. But at the same time, it’s really the team and this sense of her being a part of something. She was adrift before, but now she’s part of a family and part of this bigger force in the world.”

Oliver is there. Everyone is going to be asking whether or not it’s possible to find a little piece of Laurel, the Laurel Lance they knew and loved, in there somewhere.” That said, “I think she’s interesting as a [villain],” Mericle asserted. “Black Siren is a badass.” BONUS SCOOP: Even with Adrian Chase dead, Oliver’s battle to conceal his secret identity is far from over. Rumor has it he will be dogged by a curious FBI agent this season.

   1. Speaking at Heroes & Villains FanFest in Nashville this weekend (via TVLine), Amell teased that Bennett is “back to being a part of the show” and that he might pop up “multiple times this year.” Amell didn’t offer much more information than that, so it’s possible that Wilson really is dead and Bennett will appear in some kind of convoluted flashback sequences, but it sounds like we’re getting more Deathstroke either way.

3. Wonder Woman Has the Best Superhero Box Office Holding in 15 Years (Date 13 Jlu 2017)
   2002. The Patty Jenkins-directed film Wonder Woman, starring Gal Gadot, has just taken the top spot for highest North American box office hold of any superhero movie, dethroning Sam Raimi’s Spider-Man from 2002. Wonder Woman already has several milestones under its belt, including being the top grossing female-directed film worldwide and Warner Bros.’ third highest grossing film domestically (right behind Christopher Nolan’s The Dark Knight and The Dark Knight Rises). On top of all this, Deadpool himself, Ryan Reynolds, even congratulated the god killing Amazonian princess on her success.
