We’re wrapping up 2018 with last year’s Academy Award winning film The Shape of Water. Starring Sally Hawkins, Richard Jenkins, Michael Shannon, Octavia Spencer, and Doug Jones, the film earned thirteen Oscar nominations and won four, including Best Picture and Best Director for Guillermo del Toro. But does this story of interspecies romance hold water with our hosts, or does it stink like the office microwave after Yolanda nukes her three-day-old tuna casserole? Stay tuned to the end as we rank our favorite films of 2018 and discuss what we’re looking forward to in 2019.
