SP as he is known to his close associates has dedicated his life to working within the system to bring geeky humor and science fiction points of view to the mindless minions in charge of providing the freedoms, security and infrastructure to our lives. Given the opportunity, SP would gladly slip through the Stargate to begin colonizing a new planet and living the Little House On The Prairie life or suit up to mine the solar system's asteroids for precious metals, gems and hidden signs of ancient advanced societies. SP has a lifelong fascination with geeky shows, advanced technologies, revolutionary science and apocalyptic tales.

Better Podcasting #134 – Podcasting Without A Computer

Facebooktwittergoogle_plusredditlinkedinmail

In this week’s episode we analyze several different ways to podcast without using a traditional computer (desktop / laptop). From Android to iOS, hardware recorders to wifi SD cards, we’ll brainstorm a variety of methods to achieve this.

In this week’s Better Podcasting Download, we talk about a change that Pinecast made this last week with their analytics and what Stephen’s experience was with it. We also had a slight update to last week’s Apple Podcasts news that was discussed.

Finally, we take listener feedback in the Better Podback, including from one listener who has a suggestion for a Zencastr alternative.

Stephen ABOUT THE AUTHOR:
Stephen is a west coast Canadian who enjoys pretty much all things geeky. Whether it's podcasting, playing with tech or just watching a great re-run of Star Trek, Stephen is probably interested in it. GonnaGeek is the brain child of Stephen. You see, for years he has helped run a variety of specific genre websites (such as comics, Star Trek, etc) but sometimes he found himself needing to talk more than just comics... that's why he created GonnaGeek. Stephen is currently the Producer, Editor and a Co-Host of the Official GonnaGeek.com Show (www.gonnageek.com/show/) and Better Podcasting (www.betterpodcasting.com). He also runs www.thepodcastforum.com
