Arrow executive producer and co-showrunner Marc Guggenheim revealed that the first half of season 6 will include a “Slade Wilson-centric” story, a two-part episode heavily featuring the high-profile DC Comics antagonist, complete with flashbacks told from Deathstroke’s “We’re doing a cool two-parter where the flashbacks will be from Slade’s perspective,” Guggenheim told Collider, revealing that the episodes will be the fifth and sixth installments of the upcoming season. “It’s very much a Slade-Oliver two-hander.”

The actress, who will first appear in episode 305, will play Eleanor, who is smart and cunning with a charming dose of otherworldly creepiness — think Wednesday Addams all grown up. Her innocent looks can be disarming, but it’s all an act. This woman is dangerous with an uncanny ability to manipulate others, and is able to tell people exactly what they want to hear. Benoist teases the adventure to come, “You’ll get to see, through the way they interact, how their relationship started when Kara first came to Earth, how it grew, how it became so close and why they’re so close nowadays.”

2. Katee Sackhoff has joined the cast of The Flash in a recurring role, EW has learned exclusively. The Battlestar Galactica alum will play DC Comics villain Amunet Black, a.k.a Blacksmith, a steely and badass boss of an underground black market for supervillains. Amunet uses every means possible, including the long list of metahumans under her thumb, to ensure her illicit enterprise thrives. The actress will first appear in episode 405, interestingly titled “Girls Night Out,” which also serves as a mini-crossover with Arrow: Emily Bett Rickards will also pop up during the hour.

8. Supergirl: Annable Offers New Clues About S3 Villain Reign (Date 25 August 2017) 
9. Reign will be a thorn in Supergirl’s side during Season 3. At Comic-Con International in San Diego, Reign actress Odette Annable shared new details about her character. “Reign, as most of you know probably, she’s a Worldkiller. She was bioengineered in a lab. She was sent from Krypton much like Kara and Clark, but her story is going to be different than any other villain that you’ve seen on Supergirl Seasons 1 and 2, mostly because she doesn’t come to Earth to go on a killing spree,” Annable revealed. “She has a very specific agenda that she is out to do, and you will see that story unfold throughout the season. For me, it’s really amazing because it’s kind of a heartbreaking story and I think that you’ll feel for her.”
