Popcorn and Primetime: Sleepy hollow :For the Triumph of Evil
Happy monday night, we made it through the day !! Tonight our dreams get to run rampant with the Sandman in Sleepy Hollow. Also our recipe comes from Disney’s halloween party.
Sleepy hollow :For the Triumph of Evil
An ancient evil, the Sandman, seeps into the dreams of the residents of Sleepy Hollow. By infiltrating their minds at night, he tortures them to the brink – all because they, at one time, turned a blind eye to justice. When the Sandman sets his sights on Abbie, she is forced to begin to face her past – and her institutionalized sister Jenny. With Ichabod by her side, and her life at stake, the duo must enter the dreaming world to try to defeat the Sandman and continue their fight against evil. With Help of the native american shaman that has given up most of his old ways.
So this is becoming a weekly pleasure, my one complaint is that we are burning through monsters. I feel they could have multiple levels of baddies. I mean the Four Horsemen are the main baddies but some of the weekly ghouls could be used for multiple episodes, and have their own minions. I’m glad that we are getting more of Abbie’s background, and more of Jenny and why she was in the mental institution. The symbol on the rag of the demon was a neat little hint of creatures that are coming. The costuming of the Sandman was really cool, and very creepy. As a kid that has an overactive imagination I feel he will probably be walking through my dreams for a few nights.
