Happy New Year! After a long hiatus, I have emerged from my cocoon with new Inhuman powers and I bring you a new entry titled Top 5. Today I list my favorite YouTube channels so let’s count them down shall we?
5. CinemaSins and Screen Junkies
I love both of these channels so much that they have tied for fifth place on my countdown. Both of these channels have one thing in common, movies. CinemaSins counts all of the sins in a film with a humor and snark. There’s also their “How to make a ______ movie” series which is also great. Screen Junkies has lots of funny stuff on their channel but my favorite is their Honest Trailers. Each trailer states what we all have been thinking and will make you laugh and love or hate each film even more.
4. Swoozie
This handsome fella is from the area that I call home O-Town (Orlando) and he tells stories in such a way that not only are you entertained, you also learn something. This channel will definitely cheer you up when you’re having a bad day.
Whether it’s his rants, interviews, or his awkward talks with girls, Andre is just an entertaining fella. If you love reminiscing about nostalgic topics such as 90’s films, the Smurfs, Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles, or just want to talk about video games, this channel is definitely for you.
2. The Rad Brad
Speaking of video games, meet the King of the YouTube walkthroughs. I’ve been a subscriber since TellTale’s The Walking Dead Season One and have enjoyed every minute of it. Brad’s a funny guy and you’ll laugh anytime he says “Jesus!” or whenever he checks up on his adorable dog Chubs. He doesn’t talk when the characters are talking and he always tries to show different aspects of the game-the main story, side missions, and just other things you can do.
Finally my favorite channel Aggressive Comix. I’ve been a fan of this channel since it debuted with Geekgasm which is hosted by Jenny Lorenzo. The channel also features Secrets of the Booze which shows you how to make a geeky cocktail or drink, in addition to convention vids that feature cosplayers and other funny videos.
Great list Tali! My current favourite YouTube channel is Hot Pepper Gaming, where guest hosts (often well-known YouTube personalities or the game developers themselves) eat a hot pepper then review a video game.

“Why is this an awesome channel” you might ask? One word: Schadenfreude (pleasure derived from the misfortunes of others.).
