Happy Sunday folks I hope tomorrow you get out and attend one of the various Veteran’s day Parades, and thank your local veterans. While I am enjoying Once upon a time, I also am trying out a new  Vodka, 360 Popcorn edition. Then We made some yummy Blue Raspberry Lemonade Popcorn using the recipe at the bottom. So lets sit back kick of our shoe and strap in for a great ride.

Once upon a Time: Dark Hollow

We start with a tear goodbye between Rumple and Belle. We find out why she was left behind. People are coming to harm Storybrooke, agents of pan, and one is dressed way too hipster.  They are like the ones that brought Henry to Neverland are working for the “home office” to destroy magic and make believe.  Their mission to find out why Ariel has come to Storybrooke and to prevent her from leaving.  Ariel is trying to earn her legs by swimming back to Storybrooke to help Regina and Rumple locate a powerful item that could take down Peter Pan.  Through  a  sand dollar, Rumple tells belle that the item is hidden and their love will show her the way. Belle is  overly joyed that Rumple needs her and she starts to work to save her love. Meanwhile back on the island things are tense between Charming and Snow White do to him being trapped on the island. Hook also drops a bomb of a confession to Neal that, Emma and him had shared a kiss. Neal brushes it off acting like it doesn’t phase him, and in my opinion it shouldn’t. She thought you were dead Neal, if there’s ever a reason to give up on a relationship its watching the other half die. Back at Rumples home with Belle, her and Ariel begin searching for anything that will help Rumpelstiltskin. Belle finds Chip on the desk and explains to Ariel that no matter what they have been through that cup like their love has survived.  It was actually a key that unlocked a chest in the floor that held Pandora box. At this the hipster wannabes show up, capture Ariel and Belle and take the box, they plan to break it using a Dwarf’s pick.  We find out the bad guys are are actually John and Toodles.

We return to the island to find a heated argument brewing between Charming and Snow White.  Snow White is furious that Charming kept the secret of the his injury and captivity.  They forgot that love can conquer all and it seems that  Snow White has decided to stay on the island it seems.  Hook, Emma, and Neil’s venture into the dark forest where they capture the shadow inside of Neals coconut.  They meet up with Tink and go after Pan.

Rumple and Regina  are waiting as Ariel returns to Neverland when they meet her Regina keeps her promise and enchants the bracelet so that she can shift at will. Ariel tells Regina and Rumple that wendy is trapped on the island and they need to save her.

So, great episode!!! With the introduction of wendy Pan now has the upper hand playing on Henry’s emotions but as long as Emma believes the island will help her. It also seems that Neal and her at the end started to patch things up. It helps having a family they both can be a part of. The more loving Rumple is also so much more pleasing that the first season Rumple. I  however have notice we entrusted our new baddie with this episode. I feel they are going to unleash Pandora’s box and that will create the next big adventure.

Witches of East End:

The night starts out with Killian surprising Freya in the pool, and Dash shows up interrupting them. He is concerned with his brother being up and about after the shock. Meanwhile at the Library Penelope, Dash and Killian’s mother, stops by to give Ingrid a photo of her family back at 1906.  Ingrid realized its not her family but her in the photo and when she asks her mom and aunt Wendy about it, and  they obviously are hiding stuff from her. So she bakes memory brownies and has a vision of her and her lover getting hot and heavy. Strangely though he draws the symbol that the doppelganger drawn on the headboard on her in blood  She also dreams of her betraying her family and giving foxwood to her husband.  At the hospital Dash is looking into the mass that was extracted from Martha.  Only other known case the woman claimed to be hexed by a voodoo priest.  When Dash request the file his assistant tells him the doctors that extracted it passed on.  While Dash is distracted Freya swipes it and takes it home to Wendy that calls it some weird name and then burns it telling Freya anyone who touches it dies. Wendy begins to scrub her hands vigorously, then they make a potion that works like a flu shot. She takes it to the bar and pour them cocktails versions of it

So a great episode except all the flashbacks of sex between Ingrid and Archibald. I think  some of it was necessary,  but wow too much .  And we see from the cut on Penelope’s back that she is the daughter of Archibald. So definitely things are going to heat up.

Kool aid Popcorn

INGREDIENTS
3 tablespoons butter or margarine
1 package (10 oz., about 40) regular marshmallows
6 cups popcorn
1 package Kool Aid any flavor you want to make

DIRECTIONS
1. In large saucepan melt butter over low heat. Add marshmallows and stir until completely melted. Remove from heat.

2. Add popcorn. Stir until well coated.

3. Using buttered spatula or wax paper evenly press mixture into 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan coated with cooking spray. Cool.
