Legends Podcast is cracking open the cinematic vault and bringing you a whole month of cons, capers, and car chases! Whether you’re a grifter, a hacker, a freelance spy, a bank robber, or a wheelman, you’ll find the big score right here on our podcast. This is Aug-Heist! This week we’re talking about Ronin from 1998, which brings together a band of covert operatives in post-Cold War France on the hunt for a mysterious case. Directed by John Frankenheimer, this hard-boiled thriller earned praise for its realistic car chases and gritty action that influenced the Bond and Bourne franchises in the next decade. However, the film was also criticized for its overworked plot and reliance on trope. But whatever the case may be, the film never truly answers its most important question: WHAT’S THE COLOR OF THE BOATHOUSE AT HEREFORD?!

Spoiler Alert! Spoiler Alert! These discussions will be spoiler filled and may explicit language, so consider yourself warned.
