This has to fall in one of the categories of something I would love to try one day. If you’re out in California there is a new delivery service called All You Can Arcade that will deliver a new arcade game to your house once a month for $75. Subscribers to the service can keep the arcade game as long as they want, or swap them out every month, with no delivery or pick-up charges. Basically this is like Netflix or Gamefly for arcade game systems.
This service got its start last month as a pair of brothers, Seth and Timothy Peterson, searched the internet for cheap arcade cabinets. The brothers have developed a service to refurbish the arcade cabinets and then get them into the hand of gamers via the All You Can Arcade service.
Right now there are a bunch of titles available. This includes fan favorites like Tron, Donkey Kong, Ms. Pac-Man, Street Fighter II and many more. Here’s the catch though this service is only available in California… for now. In an interview with the AP the brothers stated an intent to expand the service to the US east coast. As an east coast resident I’m intrigued.
If you want to find out more about this service check out the All You Can Arcade web-site, and if you’re lucky enough to live in California and sign up for the service tell us all about it in the comments section below.

I found it interesting when you said that there are many refurbish game rentals for kids. My uncle mentioned to me last night that he is hoping to find arcade game rentals for our family gathering next month and asked if I have any idea what is the best option to do. Thanks to this informative article and I’ll be sure to tell him that we can consult a trusted game rental source.
