I thought of a few criteria to figure out what mutant would be best to bring in to the MCU.
1) Not someone who has had a substantial role in most of the Fox X-Men movies (like Wolverine/Magneto)
2) Someone with a power set we haven’t seen much of in the movies/TV shows
3) Someone who could be written into the existing universe in a way that makes sense.
Based on that, I’m going to say Rogue. Especially with more Inhumans showing up, they could do some interesting things with her ability to steal/copy powers. Also, she’s tied into Captain Marvel’s backstory, so they could do some interesting things with that.

– Mystique….good, then bad then good then…..
– People melted into walls. People melted into the ground. People melted on alters
– Was anyone in those buildings and cars that were thrown around?
– Was Magneto raising the Space Battleship Yamato? (Starblazers FTW)
– Wolverine cameo. Not exactly Spiderman or Wonder Woman
– Stan and Joan Lee
– TV teaches every alien, villain and ancient. It’s better than school. Way better than malls
– 80’s clothes/tech? Not as pronounced as other films.
– Quicksilver at the exploding mansion
– Psylocke……looks great. Acting/story?….meh?
– Magneto…..no real depth
– Drinking Game: Come Back To Us Eric, I Can Help You
– So Col Stryker has an awesome Avenger’s style quin jet and rides around in a grumpy old Chinook helicopter?
