Helmed by Anne Fletcher, the director of 27 Dresses, and co-starring Betty White, Mary Steenburgen, and Craig T. Nelson, the film’s rom-com pedigree seems unimpeachable, but does it hold up to today’s scrutiny at 15? Is The Proposal the perfect date night movie, or should you swipe left?
