We’ve talked a lot about Google’s Chromecast dongle here on Gonna Geek. One of the most interesting things about this device is the promise of all the apps that would be coming in the future. At launch we had YouTube, Netflix, and Google Music. There were rumors and promises that a Pandora, HBO GO, Hulu app were on the way. Up until now, we haven’t seen any new apps that were officially supported by Google.
Two months later we finally get the next official app added to the Chromecast lineup. As of today Hulu Plus support will be added to the Chromecast. What does this mean for all the users out there? Your Chromecast should automatically update with any new software updates, all that’s left for a user is to update their Hulu Plus app. Once the update is in place feel free to watch all the Hulu Plus content that you want on your TV.
For all of you Hulu Plus users out there, let us know how your Chromecast works with the service in the comments below.

That’s great to hear – more great content coming to a great device.
