Marvel hasn’t released an animated film in a while but this March that changes with the release of Marvel’s Avengers Confidential: Black Widow and Punisher.
The film focuses on the two characters teaming up After the Punisher is taken into custody by S.H.I.E.L.D, he and the Black Widow team up together to take down the terrorist organization called “Leviathan” who has been stealing S.H.I.E.L.D. technology. You can watch the trailer below.
In addition to featuring these two awesome characters, the trailer shows fans the Avengers, and not just the ones that we’re familiar with from the live-action film as well as Nick Fury and Maria Hill. The trailer features Carol Danvers aka Captain Marvel in her updated look as well as War Machine.
I’m a little bit excited about this film. It has a dark edge to it and it’s great to finally see Black Widow as well as the Punisher in an animated movie. I hope this film is good, given that Marvel doesn’t do as well with its animated films verses DC. What do you think of the trailer?
This looks awesome. It also looks like an adaptation of the most recent Punisher storyline which was beyond good. Definately checking this out. Thanks for the heads up.
