Diamond has announced this year’s winners of their annual GEM AWARDS.  Marvel pulled in the award for Top Dollar Publisher, with Image and Boom taking home Publisher of the Year over 4% and Under 4%, respectively, and DC landed Backlist Publisher of the year.
