We start off excited about having the cast of Castle in a Superman movie, slide into a nice long rant about Lois Lane, and finally talk about how disappointing the ending of the movie was. We spend some time trying to figure out how to pronounce Melissa Benoist’s name before talking about how much we are looking forward to the premiere.

Nikkie and Haley are Aprilless this week, but still manage to come up with some advice for Supergirl: shoulda pushed. Kara gets a lot of advice on how to be a better superhero, and then we get an awesome crime fighting montage. We enjoy seeing that Kara’s experiences are different from those of her cousin. We get a little more from her evil Aunt General Astra before she is taken out by a Kryptoknife.
